scarlet and indigo,

This is the 16" quilt I made for the Alzheimer World Series of Quilts challenge. Go to www.alzquilts.org to see the challengers. Two teams of four "heavy hitters". All the quilts should be posted after August 1, our deadline.

You can see that it is a portion of a larger version that was 45". Not a version of the larger Cinnabar and Indigo" 77", that Barbara posted earlier on the blog.

Caryl Fallert, Ricky Tims and Mary Sorensen are on my "team"

Collaboration

Our sorely missed Ann M. began this quilt and her mother Helen finished the top a few years ago. Note how nicely it matches the blog template.

See a website that is a memorial to Ann by clicking here:
http://www.ann.merrell.org/

Here's another version of the pattern that Ann pieced for a friend whose school symbol is a lightning bolt.
