PB Midwest

Last month some of the people who have been in the Fat Quarters and some honorary Fat Quarters friends packed their stuff and took off for the Lied Lodge in Nebraska City, Nebraska for a week of faux-PB-fun

The Lied Lodge is a great meeting place about an hour
from the International Quilt Study Center and Museum in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Carolyn, the IQSC curator (between Georgann & Barbara here) gave us a wonderful tour of the quilt show and the storage area.

We showed her some of our quilts inspired by some of hers.
The one above by Carol and Bobbi.

We spent several days sewing and talking in a meeting room at the Lodge.

If your group gets together send BB photos. We'd love to see them.

  1. Seeing that packed car and the rest of these photos made me think about this summer and look for the packing list that was here before the winter getaway. I need to organize for this summer's getaway, and all the winter ones to come. "Organize?" Well, I'd better. Last year (my first) I ended up missing quite a few things, and I never printed out and annotated the list. Can you please point me to the list or send it or re-post it? Thanks!
